At our test lab,on temperature test, if dongle overheat, device will crash directly.
Please use 5V/1A USB adapter and try again.

Hi,
Maybe is dongle volume is too low,please do as below
1. Stream a local audio or video. turn up volume to 15.
2. If still low, please turn up your TV volume.
