Firmware: ver. 16354000 does not support PDF format

Hi,
After updating my EZCast Pro to the latest version of firmware (16354000), I cannot broadcast PDF slides via data projectors. EZCast Pro respondes: EZCast should restart. After restart, there is a message: EZCast should be closed. I can only use the mirrow function to broadcasting PDF files, but there is no chance to draw on the screen, if I use a tablet PC. There is a possibility to broadcast PPT and PPTX files. Everyone faces a problem with compatibility: bullets, graphical information are corrupted on the slides.

How to get the PDF file broadcasting function working?

I use Sony Xperia Tablet SGP 712, Android 7.1.1. To fix this isue, I have tried to remove the client app EZCast Pro, clean the memory, and install it again. It did not help.

Hi,
I would like to add one comment: I am able to broadcast PDF slides via data projectors from the Android smartphone with the freashly installed firmware. Smartphone model: Leagoo M8 Pro, firmware: Kruger&Matz_FLOW5PLUS_V00_20170904. This is the Android 7.0 firmware that is fully compatible with Leagoo M8 Pro. Maybe, this information may help find the cause of the problem.

This issue was solved after processing factory reset on my Sony Xperia Tablet SGP 712, Android 7.1.1. Right now, it works well.

Smartphone model: Leagoo M8 Pro, firmware: Kruger&Matz_FLOW5PLUS_V00_20170904. This is the Android 7.0 firmware that is fully compatible with Leagoo M8 Pro. Maybe, this information may help find the cause of the problem.

I use at school projectors with a native resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. Can I set set the resolution of the EZ-4K fix to 1920x1200?
