Hello,
Firmware update 16624000 makes iOS11 to mirror its display to EZCast Pro. But, sometimes its display is black out or still image when in mirroring iOS display. I suspected power supply is poor, so change other AC/DC converter, but nothing is better. Does EZCast Pro dongle get worse and need repair or replacement? Before updating firmware and iOS10 never happened this issue.

This issue occurs when I swipe to change home display or documents. I never use streaming videos, only use EZCast Pro to display documents.

We suggest upgrade the firmware of your EZCast Pro dongle to the latest vesion to support all the latest smart devices.
Once you connect to EZCast Pro dongle, and set it connect to router or your personal hotspot, then click Setting > Upgrade to upgrade the firmware.
