How reset admin password?

I forgot admin password of EZCastPro (Firmware 14194)
How I can reset password?
I already send request to ezcastpropassword@iezvu.com.

Dear Toto,

Please send your dongle information(SSID and PSK) to our email box and we will help you with the reset: ezcastpropassword@iezvu.com.
Or, please press the reset button on the dongle for about 10 seconds(if there is a reset button on your dongle)

I also have lost the password to my ezcast dongle. There doesn't seem to be a reset button Can you please help me?

Dear Paul,

Please reboot your dongle, the password will shown on your TV for seconds before it becoming ********. When it appears, please take a screenshot or please write it down on the paper. Then you could use it to access EZCast again.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. No password was displayed.
I have an SSID: EZCast-D25210EA
And a PSK: 95177718
It says it's an EZCast SR

I put the App on my I Phone SE

Don't know what to do...

Sorry Paul, this situation came from some of our customers that they hide their password and it becomes eight star, when they want to connect to, they forgot the password.
