Firmware Download mode and Access Point unable to synchronize

Hi,

I have performed usual reset of my EZCast Audio device since one day it got disconnected from my Wifi Router: long press during 10s around until the device shut down and restart by itself (led blinking one time). Now, after entering my Router password, or any AP credentials, it is impossible for me to connect to Internet to perform OTA updates or streaming on my Home Network. The device hardware seems OK although it is sometimes difficult to connect locally onto the device by Wifi.
My two questions are simple:
- is it normal that once the device has its Wifi activated, the led is changing from white to light blue but when connected to the device by wifi, I got a blinking white-blue led alternatively? I don't remember having a blinking white-blue led before it was either steady white or blue, can you explain?
- I tried to perform manual firmware upgrade without success: impossible to switch to download mode I have hold the reset button for 15s at least before plugging/power-up the device from Micro-USB to my PC via USB-A. Nothing is detected by the computer and I have tried on three different PC (Windows 7, 10), the two others have never been connected to the device (fresh windows install), so they should have detected the first time plugged to it and ask me the ACTION usb driver) can you help me flashing the device by providing other repair tool kit or a way to access the device to upgrade/reset to your latest 15474001 firmware? Otherwise, this device is good to garbage I guess... :( :(

:!: Thanks :!:

To help you digging the issue and hopefully re-enabling my device to be operational like it used to be:
- SSID: EZMusic#D96839D4
- Function: EZCast Audio for Airplay, QPlay and DLNA music streaming only cannot connect to my Wifi home network - Internet whitelist keep refreshing
- EZCast current firmware: 14818000

Detailed issue encoutered: the device says this after entering the correct wifi password:
'The connection fails. The possible reason are as follow:
- Incorrect password (not the case)
- Failed to obtain an IP address (OK, but well I have performed release and see my next point, this is not coming from router side at least)
- Connection Timeout (yes maybe, but not from router side since hotspot and other Wifi router + various other public/private AP = SAME ISSUE)

Hi,

any news so far? I have updated to the latest EZCast software (v2.0.0.3) both on Windows 10 and iOS/Android but cannot make it connect to my Wifi router in order to update firmware. I have tried in another house's wifi, same issue this is not router related but firmware corrupted issue. :|
Thank you.
