Device disappears

Hello!

I have got an M1000 device recently. The following bug have appears sometimes: ezcast is playing radio (running on iPhone) and a call incoming. Radio stops playing. I have ended call and return to ezcast app, trying to connect to m1000, but it is not visible in list. Also it disappears from airplay menu.
Rebooting phone and m1000 doesn't help. Also doesn't help m1000 factory reset. Only rebooting router helps. Any ideas to not reboot router?

some updates on this issue. now i'm using airplay to listen misic and after 1-2hours of playing device stops responding. even pressing power button does nothing.

Thanks for dropping your message here. Just to clarify with you "The power button" you mean is m1000 power button or the app power button?
Does it still function or totally lost now? Your answer provided will help us for the further checking.

power button = hardware button on m1000 device
device can function ok for entire day when playing radio from ezcast app (iphone) and totally hangs after 1-2 hours after airplay with macbook.
