My device is not shown in registered device list of app what should I do? I want to use google home/Alexa to control my device. For EZCast skill my device should be registered but the device is not shown in EZCast app, without that skill can’t be used.
I tried to attach my device by google assistant/Alexa skill but device shown not registered. (https://auth.ezcast.com/oauth2/authoriz ... _locale=en)
App and EZCast dongle is working fine and software is up to date.
Please help.

You can sign in EZChannel for further setting and enjoy the function.
As a reminder, the function is available on EZCast 2 and EZCast 4K which running the latest version.
Not available for EZCast 5G, 2.4G and EZCast wire dongles.
