No audio from my TV

Dongle’s SSID: EZCast-Iz-BD9E5F21
Functions: EZCast
EZCast OS: iOS 10 and Windows
Symptom: No audio from tv. The firmware is already updated. Tried to change also the Ezair mode to mirror+streaming but still no sound. Kindly please help me. Tnx!

Sorry, please kindly check your TV audio output setting, some of the TVs limit output devices to play audio.
Please try this way.
