White screen after upgrade to 1.6.0.9 win10

After upgrade my EZcast to the new version 1.6.0.9 , I can no longer access any option\function, opening the program it shows me a white screen.

Please un-install it and install EZCast again.
May we know if your windows 10 is updated from windows 7?

I have reinstalled twice, no success. My windows 10 is a new installation. I have tried my notebook , a windows 10 upgraded from windows 7 home, here ezcast worked well.
Something special about windows 7 upgrade ???? my desktop still don`t accept the new Ezcast version.

Hi, same issue for me, however I am still under under Windows 8 (did not upgrade to Win10).
v1.6 started showing blank screen after long time not having used it (was working before on the same computer !).
Desinstalled 1.6, tried 1.7 & 1.9, with same result (blank screen).
Tried another computer under windows 7, works perfectly.
Could it be linked to some conflict of graphic drivers ?
Would appreciate a fix because I just can't use EZCast pro any longer :(

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience.
If possible, please help us for the debugging.

Please download debugview from microsoft : https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/lib ... 96647.aspx
Please activate Capture --> Capture Win32 and Capture --> Capture Global Win32 (it may require administration user right)
Then use EZCast and save the LOG file when crash.
Please mail us: henrychou@iezvu.com to speed up our debugging.

Hi Henry,

Unfortunately, I can't activate "Capture --> Capture Global Win32" (getting error message). I assume the reason is I am running under Win8 64bits, right ?
Was just thinking : could it be anyhow linked to any not up-to-date plugin or something similar ?
