1080/60p playback?

I like to play back my rendered mp4 (or mkv) 1080/60p files from android tab without any stuttering.
Is it possible? I can lower the bitrate to 6-8mbps, so wifi connection should not be the problem.
But still, the video stutters like 20-25 fps. Why?
Which stick can do this? Or should i do a firmware update?

Please try to set the dongle resolution to 720 60P for it.
If it still looks like 20-25 fps, please send us the video for our lab testing (henrychou@iezvu.com).
