Settings menu not appearing on TV

Dongle’s SSID: EZCastan-9B617906
Functions: EZCast, Airplay, DLNA
EZCast OS: iOS and Mac
Symptom: I am connected to the EZCast wifi network with my iPhone and Mac. I choose the the device from the device list. I can cast photos, videos, etc., but when I touch the settings button the TV returns to the main start screen (with SSID and the 3 setup steps) and the EZcast app just shows the remote controler. I'm not able to change any settings or add my local wifi network. Please help!

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Your dongle's firmware version is quite old. Please upgrade it through Setting/Upgrade by Windows/Android EZCast app.
It may take two-round OTA to the latest version.
