Karen can you update on this issue please? I am really interested if you have resorted it out as i am having same problem and i can see that you haven't updated but i'm very interested. also thanks everyone else for your posts and advices.
Sorry, please unplug the micro USB port from the dongle then reconnect again. We also suggest using the external 5V/1A power adapter to provide power supply instead of TV USB port by preventing power insufficient. We will also keep on improving our product based on y our valuable comments.
