About playback 1080p 60fps video files

Postby mpchen » Thu Jul 30, 2015 10:04 pm

I had setting my EZCast dongle's resolution 1920*1080 60fps.
But when I use NB playback 1080p 60fps video files, it is like slow motion broadcast(I put my NB close to dongle)
How to improve?
Thanks!

Dear Chen:

Please use EZCast/Video for video streaming instead of desktop mirroring.
This way will provide better video playback quality. Thanks for your understanding.

My dongle can not smooth playback in video streaming or desktop mirroring mode.

Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know the bitrate of the video (in Mbps)? the bottleneck should be the Wifi bandwidth. Please try to reboot your home router and dongle for a better wifi channel selection. Please try again and thanks for your understanding.

Dear Chen:

This video of 28Mbps is very high bit rate and not very suitable for video streaming (no enough bandwidth for crowded 2.4G channels). Please use Screen mIrroring of desktop but change the resolution to "LQ". This is an alternative for very high bitrate videos. Sorry for the inconvenience and we will also keep on improving the performance boundary of EZCast dongles.

Thanks for your understanding.

Thanks!

Depends on the wifi channel situation, can as good as 40Mbps and as bad as under 4 Mbps.
