eZcast pro and iOS 11

eZcast pro doesnot mirror ipad 3 display at all after upgraded its iOS to 11. eZcast pro is not shown in the list of devices to be mirroring host. Need firmware upgrade?

Hi, I don't have EzCast Pro to test this. But I can confirm iOS 11 (on my iPad Pro 10.5") can mirror to EzCast similar device (Mele S3) without any issue

Oh, my eZcast pro device doesnot appear on the AirPlay `Screen Mirroring' list when I swipe from bottom of my iPad mini 3 and push `Screen Mirroring'.
Hmmmm..... It can show the web sites in eZcast PRO app, so Internet connection(iPad <-> eZcast pro <-> router) is OK through the device. Other apps (Mail/Browser/...) works fine, too. But Screen Mirroring doesnot work at all.... Power off/on the device doesnot fix this issue.

Today I did firmware update to ver. 16354000, but airplay mirroring was still not fixed...
I think some kind of setting is needed, so try to login as admin user, but the device said that password is not correct! Is the admin password reset?

There's a way to reset the admin password.
Would you mind telling us your dongle's SSID for reseting?

Which deviced will get a firmware Update for iOS11? also EZCast4K?

Ummm......

There is no new version listed in my eZcast-2.4.0.app admin>settings>upgrade menu. Why? I watched your upgrade instruction video which displays the new firmware version 16380000, besides my eZcast pro's firmware version is 16354000. Of course, I connected to my dongle and the dongle connected to Internet thru my router. Any patience needed? Or something is wrong for upgrade?

Sorry, please upgrade the dongle as an admin. There's no upgrade in Setting option.
